Microgreens are vegetable greens, not to be confused with sprouts or shoots. They are the earliest stage of a vegetable plants development, after the sprouting stage. They are “living foods” – Purposefully utilized in their most nutritious and delicious state. Microgreens can be harvested just a few weeks after germination, allowing for a quick turnaround from planting to harvest.
